The original code, builds and artwork is inconsistent, has errors (such as bone head and tail positions that donвЂ™t match the connected bone lengths) and was not well documented. There have been few upgrades since, including the added Bento bones in 2016.

The system вЂњclassicвЂќ Character was designed by Linden Lab with a first release c. Licensing as yet to be determined though youвЂ™ll see that weвЂ™ve started thinking about it. (full disclosure: I have accounts at osgrid and Kitely) There are occasional uploads to the GitHub/RuthAndRoth/R3, which is hosted by Ai Austin aka Austin Tate, who came up with our working project name: R3. But itвЂ™s worth doing if ya like this virtual world platform. WeвЂ™re only working on this from time to time as there is no funding, very little interest from viewer developers, and there are more entertaining and lucrative ways to be creative. Morphs include creating a male avatar from the default female, appearance sliders for shape, clothing, skin, hair and eyes, animatable morphs, and physics morphs. Among the avatar components that it defines are armature, volumes, topology, UV mapping, some texturing, and morphs. The folder contains llm files (a Linden Lab format, similar to a dae or obj file), xml files and targa files.

The Character folder defines the default system avatar.
